Being ATHENA Leadership Training for Women 

The Being ATHENA Leadership training has brought about profound transformations in the lives of our participants through the acquisition of knowledge, self-reflection, and the establishment of strong relationships within the alumni community. Remarkable women have experienced significant growth in their self-understanding and acknowledgment, as well as reaching unprecedented levels of achievement and success. They have expressed newfound confidence in advocating for themselves, resulting in successful negotiations for salary increases, promotions, and increased responsibilities.
