Divided into three days, each session will focus on the Behavior and Motivating Needs Assessment, ATHENA leadership principles, and effective facilitation strategies.
Prior to the program, you will need to complete the following (materials will be provided):
- Complete the ATHENA Self-Assessment
- Complete the Becoming ATHENA Leadership Program Workbook (self-paced) - and submit three days prior to the training
- Read Becoming ATHENA: Eight Principles of Enlightened Leadership by Martha Mertz
- Complete the EOCC Certified Behavior and Motivating Needs Assessment for yourself and ask one person of close relationship and different behavioral needs than you to complete

- Saturday, May 7th: 10am-1pm & 2pm-6pm EST
- Saturday, May 14th: 10am-1pm & 2pm-6pm EST
- Saturday, May 21st: 10am-1pm & 2pm-6pm EST
Location: Sessions held on Zoom
Registrations accepted through April 23, 2021. Registration fee will be due upon registration.
- 75% refund available if cancelled before April 9, 2021.
- 50% refund available if cancelled before April 23, 2021.
- No refunds available if cancelled on/after April 23, 2021 (2 weeks prior to program start date).
